Clean the Beef & Cut Cube. Put the Beef into the Cooking pot. Then pound the Ginger, Garlic, Onion & Dried Red Chilli.
Marinate the Beef with Salt, Seasoning, Fish Sauce, Tumeric Powder, Pounded Chilli and a Little bit of Peanut Oil. And Leave it for 20 minutes. Put the pot on the Stove with quarter cup of warm water and cover the pot with Lid. When the color turns red & the gravy becomes thick & smell becomes good, open the Lid & stir thouroughly. Then put enough warm water to cook Beef soften. When the Beef is cooked, put Tomato and Saw Leaf Herb and remove the pot from Stove.
Serve with Rice!
